Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of damage or misuse.

  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 4–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
